Overview
NOSCOPE is a headless storefront for a mechanical keyboard shop: catalogue, cart and checkout are backed by Shopify, while everything the shopper sees is built from scratch in Next.js.
Shopify handles what is unreasonable to rewrite: payment, taxes, fraud, PCI compliance. The front end owns the entire experience up to the moment of paying.

Where the headless split pays off
Shopify themes trade control for convenience, and a fully custom shop means reimplementing payments and compliance. Going headless keeps the back office and rebuilds only the part that shapes how the store feels.
