Overview

Unalia is a gaming backlog tracker. Every game carries a status — playing, paused, completed, dropped — alongside playtime, completion percentage and a personal rating. On top of that sit a wishlist that compares prices across Steam, Epic and GOG, and collections you organise and then share with friends.

The defining constraint is the catalogue: close to 890,000 games indexed, searchable as you type. At that scale search cannot hit the database on every keystroke, hence a Redis layer in front of MongoDB. Same logic for release countdowns and most-anticipated rankings, recomputed in the background rather than on demand.

Organizing the chaos of gaming backlogs.

A universal problem for gamers

Every gamer accumulates dozens of games without ever knowing which one to play next. Unalia addresses this need by offering a centralized space to manage your collection, track your progress, and discover your next favorite game.
